Instructions for Artists – December dates and pick up information

For all the artists selling items in the Merry Artists Show, here are some important dates for December:

  • December 14th - The final day for registering labels for 2025 Merry Artists.
  • December 15th - The last day 2025 labels will be printed.
  • December 18th – The final day for new items to be placed in Merry Artists. No new items for 2025 will be accepted after this date.

At the end of Merry Artists this year you will not be allowed to just leave items behind to move into the shop for the new year.  

  • December 21st - You may begin requesting shop labels for 2026. You may pick these labels up any time after that. 2026 labels will begin with a 6.
  • December 29th - You or your representative are required to pick up all items from Merry Artists between 4 and 6 p.m
  • Or - December 30th between 9a.m. and Noon.

We cannot hold or store items.  Items Not Picked Up will be considered ABANDONED and sold to benefit the JIAA.

  • December 29th and 30th – You may drop off newly labeled items you wish to place in the shop for January 2026. These must have tags with new item numbers beginning with 6.
  • This includes books - authors will need to label their books with 2026 labels and manage their inventory.
  • December 31st – Goodyear is closed for shop reset and new Gallery setup.
  • January 1, 2026 Normal shop operations resume and shop labels will be printed on Mondays and Thursdays. Any items in the shop more than 180 days will be removed and the artist notified.
